Looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our Edinburg, TX office. The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors and clients of the organization.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, updating databases, spreadsheets and processing related information.
- Assist with new hire process and exit interviewing.
- Work on job postings, interview scheduling, applicant tracking and interviews.
- Assist with performance reviews to include preparing, distributing, tracking and processing.
- Support HR leadership with special projects including but not limited to: salary review, job descriptions, policy development and handbook review.
- Participate in cross training program with other departments to include but not limited to payroll, accounts payable, benefit enrollment, claim processing.
- Assist with the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators
- Other duties as assigned
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide office orientation for new employees
- Participate in OnBoarding Orientations
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
Requirements:
- Associates degree is preferred
- A high school diploma is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Must be available from 7 AM to 5 PM with some weekends- 45 Hours weekly - OT Available - Some Saturdays
