Lime (Calcium CAO) Terminal Manager

Job Description:

• Coordinate trucking and lime terminal upkeep to operate safely and meet customer demands.
• Maintain records of quantities received by vendor and quantities sold by customer.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of on-hand quantities available by product.
• Schedule and oversee lime off-loading and loading operations and ensure safety protocols are being followed.
• Prepare weekly sales, inventory, and equipment maintenance reports.
• Train new employees on terminal operations.
• Responsible for overall safety and environmental compliance of terminal operations.
• Maintains terminal equipment maintenance schedule and ensures equipment serviced as scheduled.
• May supervise other employees.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years' experience in bulk lime terminal operations.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental rules regarding lime operations.
• Knowledge of bulk lime storage equipment.
• Knowledge of truck lime loading/unloading procedures.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operations.
• Ability to use MS Office/Excel required.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors.
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work in the Progresso, Texas area.
